2. Children Under the Age of 18.

Our Website and Application are not intended for children under the age of 18 without parental consent.

If you are under the age of 13, you may only use our services and access our Website and Application with the supervision and consent of your parents or legal guardians, including the Provider consultation services.  If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under the age of 13 that was not provided with the supervision and consent of the minor’s parents or legal guardian, we will promptly delete that information.
